AutoJeweler Returns & RMA Process — What to ExpectUpdated a day ago
AutoJeweler requires return authorization before a product is sent back. This article summarizes the standard return process. The official Return & Exchange Policy controls if there is ever a conflict.
Standard Return Window
Eligible non-custom products may generally be returned within 30 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Before You Ship Anything Back
Contact AutoJeweler first and obtain return authorization / an approved RMA. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Condition Requirements
Eligible return items should be unused, uninstalled, in like-new condition, in the original packaging, and include all supplied components.
Restocking Fees
Standard eligible returns are generally subject to a 25% restocking fee. Eligible limited-edition or special products may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Final-Sale Items
Custom-built, personalized, clearance, and closeout items are generally final sale unless a separate warranty issue applies.
Refund Timing
Refunds are not issued automatically when a customer first requests a return. Returned items must be received, inspected, and approved. Once a refund has been processed, financial institutions can take several business days to post it.
Undelivered Orders Are Different
If your order was never delivered, do not submit it as a normal return. Contact AutoJeweler Support so the shipment can be investigated separately.
