What “Label Created” Means — and When Your Order Is Actually ShippedUpdated a day ago

Seeing a tracking number does not always mean the carrier already has your package. This guide explains the shipping stages you may see after an AutoJeweler order is prepared.

Label Created / Pre-Shipment

A shipping label has been generated, but the carrier may not have physically accepted or scanned the package yet. At this stage, tracking can show messages such as “Label Created,” “Pre-Shipment,” or “Shipment Information Received.”

Carrier Accepted

The carrier has physically received the package and recorded an acceptance or origin scan. This is the point where the shipment is considered in carrier possession.

In Transit

The package is moving through the carrier network. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and can occasionally pause between facilities.

Delivered

The carrier has recorded the package as delivered. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area, mailbox, household members, neighbors, reception/front desk, and allow up to 24 hours in case the delivery scan posted early.

Need Help?

If your order appears stuck before carrier acceptance or tracking has stopped updating for an extended period after acceptance, contact AutoJeweler Support with your order number so we can review the shipment.
