AutoJeweler Hybrid Controller Quick Start — Bluetooth + RF RemoteUpdated a day ago

This guide covers the basic setup for current AutoJeweler Flow Series kits that include a hybrid controller with both Bluetooth app control and a handheld RF remote.

1. Connect the Lighting Product

With vehicle power off, connect the emblem or lighting product to the output side of the supplied controller. Align keyed plugs correctly and seat them fully.

2. Connect the Supplied Power Harness

Connect the controller to the power harness supplied with your kit. Your product may use an inline-fused battery harness, fuse-tap harness, or another product-specific connection.

3. Power On the System

Turn on the vehicle or accessory circuit required by your kit. Confirm the controller and lighting product receive power.

4. Bluetooth App Control

• Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
• Open the app specified for the controller included with your kit.
• Search for or add the controller from inside the app when required.
• Test a solid color first, then brightness, speed, and Flow Series effects.

5. Handheld RF Remote

Test the included RF remote after the controller has power. Use it to verify basic colors, brightness, speed, and effects.

6. If One Control Method Works and the Other Does Not

• If the app works but the remote does not, check the remote battery and make sure the remote is intended for that controller.
• If the remote works but the app does not, verify Bluetooth is enabled, the system has power, and the correct app is being used.
• Power-cycle the controller for 10–15 seconds and test again.

7. Mount the Controller Safely

Unless the product documentation specifically says the controller is waterproof, mount it in a dry, protected location away from direct water spray, excessive heat, fans, belts, and moving parts.
